Ana
Rita Simonka in Sat Sanga
Sat Sanga is a solo performance inspired by
ancient Indian tradition. A spiritual
celebration when everybody is moved to a mystic
atmosphere through the night.... Sat Sanga is
perfect to ritualize special events, to bless
new projects and to purify minds and hearts. Ana
Rita Simonka is the first Brazilian woman
singing according Sat Sanga tradition. The
performance shows Mantras and devotional songs
of diverse spiritual paths, Simonka’s lyrics and
compositions, myths, wisdom stories and Eastern
philosophy. The solo is more intense because she
plays so many instruments, like Indian Tampura,
Acoustic Guitar, and Ethno percussion from the
entire world.

Rita Simonka & Orquestra da Paz
As a Band Leader, the singer shows why she is
the only one when the performance is about World
& Ethno Fusion in Brazil: side by side with the
best Eastern-Western fusion researchers, she
transports the audience to a very sophisticated
trance dance bringing together Acoustic and
Electronic instruments, Traditional and Modern
sounds, and recreating Brazilian rhythms like
Bossa Nova, Cirandas e Toadas in a universal
point of view, “Ana Rita Simonka & Orquestra da
Paz” are pure energy and meditation vibes : the
mystic voice of Brazil!
